Due to the fragile nature of our products, it is mandatory to record a video while unboxing your order. This unboxing video is required to claim returns for any damaged or defective products.
No damage claims will be accepted without a proper unboxing/unpacking video recorded at the time of delivery.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please share the unboxing video along with clear photographs as proof of damage immediately upon receiving the delivery.
We will replace the product provided it is in stock. If the product is unavailable, a credit note will be issued.
All damage claims must be reported on the same day of delivery along with the unboxing video and photographs. Claims reported later will not be entertained.
No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds. Any disputes related to damaged, defective products or otherwise will be resolved strictly in accordance with our Return and Cancellation Policy.
No Exchange & Returns
We do not offer exchanges or returns.
Note: Please do not accept any package if it appears tampered with or visibly damaged at the time of delivery.
