Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation & Return Policy

Returns are not generally accepted at FINISHIA HOME & LIVING. However, returns may be considered under the following specific conditions:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Transit damage
  • Wrong item received

Processing of approved returns may take up to 10 business days.

Please note that some products may have natural variations and are therefore not eligible for returns.

2. Exchange Policy

Direct exchanges are not available.

Customers may initiate a return (only under applicable conditions) and place a new order separately.

3. Return Pick-Up Policy

Return pick-up is available for customer convenience.

Steps to request a return pick-up:

  • Share the order number, clear product images, and a parcel opening/unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Ensure the product is unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.
  • A basic quality check will be conducted at the time of pick-up.
  • The return package must be securely packed to avoid transit damage.

A reverse pick-up will be arranged within 7 business days. Additional return transit charges may apply.

Returns are not accepted for discounted products or items from the following categories:

  • Glassware
  • Glass products
  • Crystal pieces

4. Return Cancellations

A return request can be canceled by emailing designstudio@finishia.net.

5. Refund Policy

a. Prepaid Orders

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Banks typically take 4–5 business days to reflect the refund.

b. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Refunds are issued as FINISHIA HOME & LIVING credits, vouchers, or a Credit Note.
  • Vouchers can be used for future purchases on www.finishialiving.com within 1 month.
  • Refunds to bank accounts take 7–8 business days.
  • Refunds are processed only to the original customer’s bank account.
  • Cash refunds are not permitted for COD orders.

c. Refund Conditions

Refunds will be applicable only in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Transit damage
  • Wrong item received
  • Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received.
  • If a customer self-ships a return and the package is lost, the refund will not be applicable.
